Peter N. Rogers

Board Certified in Workers' Compensation Law, Texas Board of Legal Specialization

Peter N. Rogers represents injured workers and medical providers in the Texas workers' compensation system. Prior to founding Rogers, Booker & Lewis, he served as a hearing officer at the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission — now known as the Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC). Mr. Rogers has an active trial practice representing injured workers when DWC cases are appealed to the district and county courts of Texas. He is Board Certified in Workers' Compensation Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Matthew B. Lewis

Matthew B. Lewis joined Rogers, Booker & Lewis in 1998. He represents injured workers and medical providers in workers' compensation claims in Texas. This includes appeals and defense of appeals in the district courts of Texas. Mr. Lewis handles medical disputes through the administrative process and before the State Office of Administrative Hearings, and represents people who are injured due to the negligence of others, including non-subscriber workplace injuries where no workers' compensation coverage exists. He is Board Certified in Workers' Compensation Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
